ARRIVING IN TULSA
Travel
We are delighted you are considering joining AEI for a solutions summit in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The nearest airport to the event is the Tulsa Airport (TUL), which is a 10 minute drive from The Mayo Hotel and a 15 minute drive from the Gathering Place. We recommend arriving in the afternoon on October 24, 2024, to make it to the hotel in time to settle in and attend the opening reception and dinner at the Gathering Place.

Accommodations
If you require accommodations for the summit, we suggest booking a hotel room at one of the following locations:

- Residence Inn Tulsa Downtown

GETTING AROUND
Parking
The bulk of summit programming will take place at the Mayo Hotel on Friday, October 25. The opening reception and dinner will take place in Williams Lodge at the Gathering Place on the evening of Thursday, October 24. More information on parking detailed below:
The Mayo Hotel
The Mayo Hotel provides valet parking service for both overnight valet ($30 per vehicle) and day valet parking ($10 per vehicle).
Gathering Place
Gathering Place’s main parking lot is located along John Williams Way near Williams Lodge and ONEOK Boathouse. There is additional parking adjacent to Riverside Drive on both north and southbound lanes, and at the 33rd Place parking lot just north of the 33rd Place intersection along the northbound lane of Riverside Drive. Parking is free.
