The Solutions Summit with open with a reception and dinner for summit speakers and participants on Thursday, October 24, at the Gathering Place Williams Lodge. The reception will begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by a dinner program starting at 7:00 p.m. Programming will continue the following day at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, October 25, 2024 at The Mayo Hotel in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The Gathering Place is located at 2650 S John Williams Way, Tulsa OK 74114. The reception and dinner will be held in the Williams Lodge. Check-in for the opening reception will begin at 5:30 p.m. CT on Thursday, October 24, 2024.
Parking: Parking at Gathering Place is free. There are reserved parking spots for our group at the Williams Lodge reserved parking area. Spots are also available after you pull onto S John Williams Way, directly across from the Williams Lodge.
The Mayo Hotel is located at 115 W St., Tulsa OK 74103. Once you arrive, head inside to the right and up the elevators to the 16th floor. Please check in at the summit registration table located just off the elevators on the 16th floor. Breakfast is available starting at 8:00 a.m. CT, and the opening session begins at 8:30 a.m. CT on Friday, October 25, 2024.
Parking: All day event parking is available at the main entrance for $5.
There is no registration fee for the summit.
The deadline to register for the summit has been extended to Thursday, October 10, 2024. Please note that we will be unable to accommodate walk-ins.
This is an invitation-only gathering and space is limited, but we will do our best to accommodate your guest for the programming. If you would like to nominate another member of your organization to attend on your behalf, or you would like to bring a guest who you think would benefit from participating, please contact our conference team at summit@aei.org.
Summit participants will include state and local policymakers and staff members working in legislative bodies and government agencies, nonprofit and community leaders, research experts, business and education leaders, chambers of commerce staff, and more. Please note this is a private event and AEI reserves the right to approve all summit registrations.
If you hold public office, you are responsible for ensuring your attendance at this summit is in compliance with any ethics guidelines or requirements that affect you. If you need any information from us to ensure you are in compliance, please email our conference team at summit@aei.org as soon as possible.
The recommended attire for the summit is business casual.
